Royal Mail delays

In the last few days, I have received 5+ items which were posted over 6 weeks ago

One of those letters referenced a previously missing letter and I have two outstanding letters from over two months ago

For this reason, this system has been created - if you want to contact me by email, please create a ticket on here, ideally with a copy of your letter, or create a ticket to see if I've received your letter which you've recently sent

It would be appreciated if you could upload a copy of your letter with your ticket via PDF
